Job summary

Amdocs is seeking a Licensing Coordinator at our Kuala Lumpur site to maintain accurate telecommunications inventory and issuance of licences and rent documents. You will create and assign projects, ensuring all financial information is captured and updated, in line with service level agreements.

Responsibilities include validating projects, coordinating licence creation and sign-off, handling inventory amendments, and coordinating with stakeholders to resolve licence queries.

Qualifications

• Review and validate the telecommunications inventory based on technical drawings/designs.
• Manage the creation, submission and signed return of telecommunications licences.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders on any tickets or licence queries.
