Job summary

Akram Construction Sdn Bhd is seeking a qualified electrical professional to support on-site operations and project documentation. The role requires familiarity with Malaysian electrical regulations and field experience with LV/MV/HV systems.

The candidate should have knowledge of TNB, IEC, and NEC standards, and be proficient in AutoCAD and ETAP for electrical design tasks. Strong organizational skills are essential for daily site monitoring and inspections.

Qualifications

• Competent Electrical Certificate PW2/PW4 is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of TNB, IEC, NEC standards and Malaysian electrical regulations.
• Experience with LV/MV/HV systems, switchgear, transformers, and distribution networks.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, ETAP, or equivalent electrical design software.

Responsibilities

• Prepare & update Job Measurement Sheet (JMS).
• Monitor daily site operations and work progress.
• Conduct site & night inspections.
• Follow up NCR/NOD and project documentation.
• Ensure work complies with project specifications, HSE & LPT2 requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Project Engineer/Supervisor.
