Job summary

The Arkema Group is seeking a proactive IT/IS professional in Petaling Jaya to drive technological and functional monitoring across projects. You will collect business needs, analyze requests, and propose solutions while ensuring alignment with architecture principles and project milestones.

Responsibilities include coordinating with development, operations, and editors, defining test plans, and supporting cut-overs and go-live activities.

Qualifications

• Good communication with other department members and entities.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to drive operationally external collaborators - in recurrent or project contexts.
• Experience in project management and writing project documents (user needs, UX, user stories).
• Professional English.

Responsibilities

• Carry out technological watch and collect business needs for evolution of applications, products and services.
• Analyze evolution/corrections and prepare functional specs for projects (Agile or Waterfall).
• Define and maintain test plans (unit, integration, non-regression).
• Coordinate with development, authorizations, operations teams; ensure delivery quality and acceptance.
• Assist Business Process Owners during UAT (planning, testing, training).
• Participate in implementation and deployment projects and monitor/report progress.
• Support cut-over activities and update functional/technical documentation.
• Manage user support and incident resolution with Third Party Maintainer.
