Job summary

Rayxen Tech Sdn. Bhd. in Malaysia seeks a friendly cashier/receptionist to support daily sales activities and front-counter service. You will handle payments, issue receipts, and ensure accurate POS records while guiding customers to the right team.

Role includes greeting walk-ins, responding to calls and messages, coordinating with Sales and Support, and maintaining tidy counters. Fresh graduates are welcome; prior cashier experience is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Basic computer knowledge required.
• Comfortable using POS systems, Microsoft Office and WhatsApp.
• Able to handle cash and transactions accurately.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Friendly, presentable and professional when dealing with customers.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily cashier operations, including cash, card, QR and other payment methods.
• Issue receipts, invoices and other relevant sales documents.
• Ensure all payments and transactions are accurately recorded in the POS system.
• Perform daily cash counting and cashier closing/reconciliation.
• Welcome and assist walk-in customers professionally.
• Answer incoming phone calls, WhatsApp messages and general customer enquiries.
• Direct customers to the appropriate Sales, Technical or other team members.
• Maintain proper records of customer enquiries, collections and other front-counter activities.
• Assist with stock or item checking at the counter when necessary.
• Perform other reasonable duties assigned by management.
