Job summary

CapBay Group in Malaysia seeks an experienced Tech Product Manager to own the product lifecycle for one or more product lines. You will define strategy, prioritise and trade off decisions, and be accountable for delivering measurable outcomes.

This role requires strong technical fluency and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in fast-moving environments. Key responsibilities include leading discovery, owning the roadmap, defining success metrics, and driving alignment between business

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a product manager in a tech-centric company.
• End-to-end ownership: ideation through launch with measurable results.
• Experience writing PRDs, defining KPIs, and data-informed prioritisation.
• Experience with agile methodologies and leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong technical fluency to engage with engineers on APIs and architecture.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements discovery and trade-off decisions on scope and priority.
• Own and drive the product roadmap across engineering and design.
• Be accountable for product outcomes and post-launch performance.
• Identify improvement opportunities through data analysis and user feedback.
• Align business strategy with technical execution and assess build-vs-buy.
• Communicate vision, progress, and trade-offs to executives and stakeholders.
• Define and own testing strategy; coordinate internal QA and UAT.
• Document product items and track cross-functional actions to completion.
