Job summary

Altera in Penang, Malaysia, seeks a high-performing Technical Lead for Blue Yonder ESP and Demand Planning to drive development, optimization, and lifecycle of our enterprise supply chain planning solutions. You will bridge business vision and technical execution, partnering with global stakeholders to translate complex requirements into detailed agile user stories and manage the product backlog.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• 7+ years as Technical Lead or Senior Business Analyst.
• Hands‑on mastery of Blue Yonder SCPO suite: ESP, Demand, D360.
• Strong programming capabilities in SQL, Python, & Batch scripting.
• Experience leading cross-functional, globally distributed teams.
• Proven leadership, strategic planning, & communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the functional design, technical implementation, & end-to-end integration of Blue Yonder ESP(LP,MAP, Deep Tree, SPARQ), Demand, & D360 (SCPO).
• Audit current procedures, gather complex requirements, & translate into IT design specs.
• Provide hands-on development & scripting support to optimize data flows & automation.
• Own and refine the product backlog with stakeholders in agile fashion.
• Deliver advanced application troubleshooting & issue resolution.
• Create and maintain architectural process flows, system specifications, and user guides; lead end-user training.
