Job summary

Altera in Penang, Malaysia, seeks a high-performing Technical Lead for Blue Yonder ESP and Demand Planning to drive development, optimization, and lifecycle of our enterprise supply chain planning solutions. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• 7+ years as Technical Lead or Senior Business Analyst.
• Hands‑on mastery of Blue Yonder SCPO suite: ESP, Demand, D360.
• Strong programming capabilities in SQL, Python, & Batch scripting.
• Experience leading cross-functional, globally distributed teams.
• Proven leadership, strategic planning, & communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the functional design, technical implementation, & end-to-end integration of Blue Yonder ESP(LP,MAP, Deep Tree, SPARQ), Demand, & D360 (SCPO).
• Audit current procedures, gather complex requirements, & translate into IT design specs.
• Provide hands-on development & scripting support to optimize data flows & automation.
• Own and refine the product backlog with stakeholders in agile fashion.
• Deliver advanced application troubleshooting & issue resolution.
• Create and maintain architectural process flows, system specifications, and user guides; lead end-user training.

Job Details: Job Description: Position Overview We are seeking a high-performing Technical Lead for Blue Yonder ESP and Demand Planning to drive the development, optimization, & lifecycle of our enterprise supply chain planning solutions. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business vision and technical execution. You will partner with global stakeholders, translate complex requirements into detailed agile user stories, & manage the product backlog to maximize business value.

Core Responsibilities

• Solution Leadership: Lead the functional design, technical implementation, & end-to-end integration of Blue Yonder ESP(LP,MAP, Deep Tree, SPARQ), Demand, & D360 (SCPO) applications.
• Requirement Translation: Collaborate closely with business teams to audit current procedures, gather complex requirements, & translate them into functional IT design specifications.
• Technical Execution: Provide hands-on development & scripting support using SQL, Python, & Batch programming to optimize system data flows & automation.
• Agile Product Ownership: Partner with stakeholders to write, refine, & prioritize highly detailed user stories & product backlogs.
• Operations & Support: Deliver advanced application troubleshooting & issue resolution.
• Documentation & Training: Author & maintain architectural process flows, system specifications, & user guides while leading training sessions for end-users.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or an equivalent field of study.
• Experience: 7+ years of experience operating as a Technical Lead or Senior Business Analyst.
• Product Expertise: Hands‑on technical mastery of the Blue Yonder SCPO suite, specifically ESP, Demand, & D360.
• Technical Skills: Strong programming capabilities in SQL, Python, & Batch scripting.
• Collaboration: Proven track record of leading & executing complex projects with cross-functional, globally distributed teams.
• Core Competencies: Exceptional leadership, strategic planning, & verbal/written communication skills.
