Job summary

754 Altera Semiconductor Technology (M) Sdn. Bhd. in Penang seeks an Integration Lead to design and oversee end-to-end connectivity between Blue Yonder ESP/D360 and upstream PLM/ERP systems, ensuring data integrity and scalable data delivery.

The role requires hands-on development in Python, SQL, ETL/ELT pipelines, and batch scripting, and collaboration with global teams to implement cross-system data workflows. Travel may be required for global delivery coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience as an Integration Lead or Technical Analyst, explicitly supporting Blue Yonder ESP/D360/Demand enterprise footprints.
• Direct experience configuring interfaces between Blue Yonder and core enterprise systems (such as Oracle Fusion ERP or PLM platforms like Windchill / Agile).
• Strong development capabilities in SQL, Python, ETL/ELT pipelines, and Batch scripting.
• Proven track record of orchestrating technical change across globally distributed teams and multi-vendor systems.
• Exceptional leadership and technical documentation capabilities, with a proven ability to translate complex data structures for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Integration Architecture: Design, implement, and maintain data pipelines linking Blue Yonder ESP/Demand/D360 with upstream PLM and ERP systems.
• Downstream Data Delivery: Architect data feeds to data lakehouse and BI platforms for advanced reporting.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Translate cross-system data requirements into architectural designs and specs.

Job Details: Job Description: We are seeking an Integration Lead to spearhead the connectivity, data integrity, and end-to-end integration of Blue Yonder Supply Chain Planning ecosystem. In this business-critical role, you will design and oversee the technical architecture linking upstream Product Lifecycle Management (Windchill, Agile) and ERP (Oracle Fusion) data models into Blue Yonder ESP/Demand/D360 platforms. Additionally, you will ensure seamless downstream data delivery, including Lakehouse/Data Warehouse reporting systems. You must have deep expertise in Blue Yonder SCPO architecture alongside a comprehensive understanding of enterprise middleware and cross-platform data workflows.

Core Responsibilities

• Integration Architecture: Design, implement, and maintain reliable data pipelines connecting Blue Yonder (ESP/Demand/D360) with upstream PLM systems (PTC Windchill, Agile PLM) and ERP platforms (Oracle Fusion Cloud).
• Downstream Data Delivery: Architect robust data syndication feeds to supply downstream business intelligence platforms, specifically data Lakehouse architectures, for advanced operational reporting.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with cross-functional IT and business stakeholders to translate complex cross-system data requirements into clear architectural designs and functional specifications.
• Technical Development: Write, optimize, and maintain hands-on integrations utilizing Python, advanced SQL, database views, and automated Batch/shell scripting.
• Data Integrity & Reconciliation: Implement validation checks, monitoring frameworks, and error-handling routines to ensure high-fidelity data mapping across divergent systems.
• Agile Product Ownership: Collaborate with global delivery groups to manage the integration product backlog, defining detailed user stories and data-mapping matrices.
• Testing & Validation: Lead comprehensive integration testing, end-to-end regression runs, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to secure data alignment across all platforms.
• Advanced Support & Documentation: Serve as the Tier-3 escalation point for cross-application sync failures. Maintain high-quality interface mapping documents and data-flow diagrams.
