Job summary

Altera in Penang, Malaysia is seeking an Integration Lead to architect and oversee connectivity across Blue Yonder ESP/D360 with upstream PLM and ERP data models, including Windchill, Agile, and Oracle Fusion. You will ensure robust data pipelines and seamless downstream delivery to Lakehouse/data warehouse reporting systems.

The role demands 5+ years in integration leadership, deep SQL and Python skills, and proven ability to align cross‑functional teams across global delivery groups.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience as an Integration Lead or Technical Analyst, supporting Blue Yonder ESP/D360/Demand enterprise footprints.
• Direct experience configuring interfaces between Blue Yonder and core enterprise systems (Oracle Fusion ERP/PLM like Windchill/Agile).
• Strong development capabilities in SQL, Python, ETL/ELT pipelines, and Batch scripting.
• Proven track record of orchestrating technical change across globally distributed teams and multi-vendor systems.
• Excellent leadership and technical documentation capabilities, with the ability to translate complex data structures for diverse audiences.
• Preferred: experience with modern cloud data warehouses (Databricks, Snowflake) and pipeline tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain data pipelines linking Blue Yonder ESP/D360 with upstream PLM systems (Windchill, Agile) and ERP (Oracle Fusion).
• Architect data delivery to downstream BI platforms and data lakehouse reporting.
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to translate data requirements into designs and specs.
• Develop and optimize integrations using SQL, Python, ETL/ELT techniques, and batch scripting.
• Implement data validation, monitoring, and error-handling for high-fidelity mapping.
• Own the integration product backlog with global delivery groups and write robust user stories.
• Lead end-to-end integration testing, regression runs, and UAT for data alignment.
• Provide Tier-3 support and maintain interface mapping documents and data-flow diagrams.
