Job summary

Altera is seeking a high-performing Technical Lead for Blue Yonder ESP and Demand Planning to drive development, optimization, and lifecycle of our enterprise planning solutions in Penang. You will bridge business vision and technical execution, partnering with global stakeholders to translate complex requirements into agile user stories and manage the product backlog.

The role requires 7+ years as a Technical Lead or Senior Analyst, deep Blue Yonder SCPO experience, and strong SQL, Python, and

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS/IT/Business Admin or equivalent.
7+ years as Technical Lead or Senior Business Analyst.
Hands-on mastery of Blue Yonder SCPO ESP, Demand, and D360.
Strong SQL, Python, and Batch scripting skills.
Experience leading cross-functional, globally distributed teams.
Excellent leadership, strategic planning, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead the design, implementation, and end-to-end integration of Blue Yonder ESP/ Demand/ D360 apps.
Translate complex requirements into detailed agile user stories and manage the backlog.
Provide hands-on development and scripting to optimize data flows.
Offer agile product ownership and prioritize the backlog.
Deliver advanced troubleshooting and issue resolution.
Document architectural processes and train end-users.
