FINEXUS Group is seeking a Senior Specialist, Talent Acquisition to own end-to-end recruitment across technology, professional and operational roles, with a strong focus on Technology hiring. You will partner with hiring managers to define requirements, source candidates through multiple channels and drive offers through to onboarding.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of hands-on Talent Acquisition experience in-house.
• Proven track record recruiting in technology, fintech, SaaS or software products.
• Experience hiring across Engineering, Product, Delivery, QA and other technical disciplines.
• End-to-end recruitment from pipeline generation to offer closure.
• Strong ability to manage multiple vacancies and pipelines concurrently.
• Proficient with multiple recruitment channels including job platforms, LinkedIn, referrals and agencies.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage candidate pipelines across multiple channels.
• Own vacancies from requisition to onboarding handover.
• Recruit across Engineering, Product, Delivery, QA, Cloud & Infrastructure.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and strategy.
• Maintain organized processes and timely communication with candidates.
