Job summary

Standard Chartered in Malaysia is seeking a senior Finance & Governance professional to partner with Domain Tech Leads, Domain Management and PMOs. You will deliver strong financial governance, cost controls, and proactive management oversight to enable domains and hives to achieve optimal delivery outcomes.

The role drives end-to-end financial stewardship, budgets, forecasts, and reporting, ensuring compliance with policies and procurement standards.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering financial governance, budgeting and forecasting across large technology portfolios.
• Ability to manage vendor contracts, procurement, and payments with governance controls.
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities to support decision-making.
• Experience supporting Agile delivery and Big Room Planning activities.

Responsibilities

• Contract governance and renewals with Domain Technology Leads and Hive Leads.
• Manage budget, forecast, and spend across the portfolio.
• Coordinate BRP planning and delivery metrics in ADO and other tools.
• Ensure financial controls, accruals and recharge accuracy.
• Mentor junior resources and drive continuous improvement.
