Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end bid strategy and determine technical solution and commercial positioning for opportunities.
• Oversee inputs including cost models, cash-flow, margin analysis, and resource planning.
• Coordinate cross-functional contributions to ensure timely, compliant proposal deliverables.
• Maintain bid governance and documentation control per internal audit requirements.
• Lead customer-facing commercial discussions on terms, clarifications, and negotiations.
• Monitor bid progress, provide dashboards, and conduct post-bid win/loss analyses.
