Verona Bake (M) SDN BHD in Subang Jaya, Malaysia, is seeking a service-oriented team member to prepare drinks and desserts, manage ingredients, and maintain high hygiene standards. You will follow SOPs, halal requirements, monitor inventory, and assist with stocking.

Responsabilités

• Prepare drinks and desserts for customers following standard procedures.
• Measure ingredients accurately and follow specified brewing times and methods.
• Track ingredient expiry dates and minimize waste.
• Oversee ingredient inventory and request stock purchases as needed.
• Keep the bar station clean during service and after hours.
• Adhere to SOPs and Halal standards, maintaining hygiene at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Description du poste

Prepare drinks and desserts for customers, ensuring adherence to standard procedures and quality control.

Measure ingredients accurately and follow specified brewing times and methods to maintain the quality of menu items.

Track ingredient expiry dates and manage their use to minimize waste.

Oversee ingredient inventory, requesting stock purchases as needed to maintain adequate supplies.

Keep the bar station clean and organized throughout service.

Cleaning the bar station after business hours and preparing it for the next day.

Adhere to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) set by KKM and Halal standards, ensuring compliance with all regulations. Maintain high levels of hygiene and cleanliness at all times to meet these standards.

Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Work Requirements: -

Candidate must possess at least SPM or equivalent.

Working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to interact with people at all levels.

Must be able to work a flexible schedule including OT, weekends, and holidays.
