Job summary

Oriental Coffee International Sdn Bhd (Retail) in Penang is seeking a frontline associate to ensure SOPs are followed when making tea, keep the outlet clean, and verify that materials and fruits are fresh and undamaged.

The role requires weekend and public holiday availability, overtime willingness, and good communication in Malay and English or Mandarin. Fresh retail/F&B experience is preferred, with attractive incentives and staff benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Willing to work OT, weekends and during Public Holiday.
• Hardworking, Responsible and Discipline individual.
• Open to all Malaysian.
• Able to communicate in Malay and English or Mandarin; proficiency in Mandarin is preferred.
• Fresh and relevant experience in retail, food and beverage will be preferred.

• Ensure the standard of procedure are following while making tea.
• Ensure the cleanliness of all outlet.
• Ensure that the material and fruit is fresh and without damage.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
