• Must have SPM or equivalent; relevant experience preferred.
• Good communication in Malay and English; Mandarin helpful for Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with people at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Prepare drinks and desserts for customers, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Measure ingredients accurately and follow specified brewing times and methods.
• Track ingredient expiry dates and minimize waste.
• Oversee ingredient inventory and request stock when needed.
• Keep the bar station clean and organized during service and after hours.
• Follow SOPs and Halal standards; maintain high hygiene and cleanliness.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Job description

Prepare drinks and desserts for customers, ensuring adherence to standard procedures and quality control.

Measure ingredients accurately and follow specified brewing times and methods to maintain the quality of menu items.

Track ingredient expiry dates and manage their use to minimize waste.

Oversee ingredient inventory, requesting stock purchases as needed to maintain adequate supplies.

Keep the bar station clean and organized throughout service.

Cleaning the bar station after business hours and preparing it for the next day.

Adhere to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) set by KKM and Halal standards, ensuring compliance with all regulations. Maintain high levels of hygiene and cleanliness at all times to meet these standards.

Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Work Requirements: -

Candidate must possess at least SPM or equivalent.

Working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Able to communicate in Malay and English, or Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to interact with people at all levels.

Must be able to work a flexible schedule including OT, weekends, and holidays.
