Job summary

Oriental Coffee International Sdn Bhd (Retail) is seeking a diligent team member to uphold SOPs in tea preparation and maintain a clean outlet environment. The role requires attention to freshness of ingredients and adherence to supervisor directions to ensure quality service.

Candidates should be willing to work OT, including weekends and public holidays, with priorities on reliability and discipline. Proficiency in Malay and English or Mandarin is valued to service Mandarin-speaking clients in

Qualifications

• Willing to work OT, weekends and during Public Holidays.
• Hardworking, Responsible and Disciplinary.
• Fresh and relevant experience in retail, food and beverage preferred.
• Able to communicate in Malay and English or Mandarin; proficient in Mandarin encouraged for client communication.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs while making tea.
• Ensure the cleanliness of the outlet.
• Ensure materials and fruit are fresh and undamaged.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
