Job summary

Always Marketing (M) Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a field operations coordinator to drive KPI performance across the team and support recruitment efforts. You will monitor daily regional activities, adjust schedules for stock and absences, and conduct field visits to audit execution and coach team members.

• To drive & achieve KPI performance of all team members
• Assist in project recruitment
• Monitor and track daily activities of all team members by region
• Call of Achievement (Attendance)
• Daily schedule adjustment (For Ad-hoc distributor stock in arrangement and absentee)
• Field visit to audit execution compliance and coach team members
• Help to cover for the outlet execution (Vacant headcount and absentee)
• To support for Ad-hoc activation campaign
• Assist in on-boarding field training to new members
• Conduct ‘one to one’ coaching and mentoring with team members (If necessary)
