Job summary
A global leader in customer experience management in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Team Manager to oversee a team of content moderators. The ideal candidate should have experience in the BPO industry, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include managing team performance and conducting coaching sessions. Immediate joining is preferred.

Responsibilities
- Manage a team of content moderator, ensuring that they adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Monitor team performance metrics
- Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance team performance
- Coach and train team members to improve their skills and knowledge.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Prepare and present regular reports on team performance to the management team
