Job summary

Hyatt Centric City Centre Kuala Lumpur is seeking a motivated Team Leader - Concierge to oversee daily concierge operations in our Downtown Kuala Lumpur property. This role supports the Rooms Division and ensures guest services align with Hyatt’s brand standards.

The ideal candidate will have a relevant hospitality diploma and at least 2 years' leadership experience in a luxury hotel, with strong problem solving and interpersonal skills. This is a full-time, local position based in Kuala Lumpur.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
• Minimum 2 years' work experience as a Team Leader - Concierge in a luxury hotel brand.
• Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the efficient running of the Concierge department.
• Contribute to the smooth operation of the Concierge within the Rooms Division, upholding Hyatt brand standards.
