Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical to support IT infrastructure especially in IT Platform support (e.g., Cloud (Azure/ AWS/GCP), Windows, Linux, etc.) and related services (e.g., Business Continuity) throughout the lifecycle of a deal in accordance with contractual obligations, established technical standards that support complex business needs in accordance with ITSM process (Incident, Problem and Change Management).

  • Apply technical knowledge to support one or more technology areas in system administration, security, performance, and availability management.

  • Resolve routine in‑scope technical incidents independently and work with team members to resolve more complex incidents that complying with SLA’s.

  • Implement work orders, based on given instruction, related to incident or request activities within area of technical responsibility.

  • Be proactive to anticipate issues or situations which impact service availability and critical response time and take necessary mitigation steps by escalating to management’s attention when required.

  • Participate or contribute to quality and productivity improvement projects, providing analysis of information and documentation.

  • Good awareness of the customers business and in-depth knowledge of the customer’s environment and support processes.

Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in IT discipline from universities/colleges, or equivalent work experiences.

  • At least 1‑2 years of experience in managing IT infrastructure/system.

  • Have knowledge in Windows/Linux servers, Private/Public Cloud or equivalent technology is advantage.

  • Good skills in Microsoft Office especially, Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

  • Good communication in Japanese (N2 and above) and English.

  • Flexible, self‑motivated with the ability to work under pressure in an International and culturally diverse organization.

  • Must possess the ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks.
