Job summary

Affin seeks a Team Lead in Business Planning & Analysis to partner with business units, providing analysis and advisory support for strategic and operational decisions. You will deliver a holistic view of performance and opportunities to management, enabling data-driven actions across the portfolio.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Administration and at least 5 years in financial services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Administration or related degree.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in the financial industry.
• Strong numerical skills with understanding of Profit & Loss.

Responsibilities

• Monitor credit portfolio performance, delinquency trends, asset quality, and risk indicators.
• Track collection and recovery performance; analyze roll rates, cure rates, recovery rates, and productivity.
• Prepare portfolio, delinquency, & collection performance reports and dashboards.
• Support the development and evaluation of credit and collection strategies, segmentation & policies
• Conduct impact analysis on new initiatives, policy changes, and collection programs
