Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related disciplines.
• 2–5 years of working experience in strategy, business planning, corporate development, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills; ability to interpret data.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modelling.

Responsibilities

• Support development, implementation, and monitoring of strategic initiatives and business plans.
• Conduct market research, benchmarking, industry analysis, and environmental scanning.
• Perform data analytics and financial modelling to back strategic decisions.
• Prepare strategic reports and presentations for senior committees and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with divisions and support functions to gather information and evaluate initiatives.
• Assist in identifying new business opportunities and growth initiatives.
• Organise meetings, workshops, and strategy-related engagements with stakeholders.
• Manage administrative matters including travel, budgets, procurement, and document management.
