Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the financial industry.
• Aptitude for numbers and understanding of Profit & Loss.
• Meticulous with keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to listen, interpret, influence and negotiate.
• Good troubleshooting & problem-solving skills.
• Naturally inquisitive with a broad range of commercial issues.

Responsibilities

• Monitor credit portfolio performance, delinquency trends, asset quality, and risk indicators.
• Track collection and recovery performance.
• Analyze roll rates, cure rates, recovery rates, and collection productivity.
• Prepare portfolio, delinquency, & collection performance reports and dashboards.
• Support the development and evaluation of credit and collection strategies, segmentation & policies.
• Conduct impact analysis on new initiatives, policy changes, and collection programs.
