Job summary

Businesslist in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Senior AR Disputes Management Team Lead to oversee the accounts receivable disputes function within our Shared Services unit. You will lead a team, drive timely resolution of issues, and ensure accurate dispute handling.

The role requires Cantonese fluency, strong analytical skills, and excellent stakeholder communication. You’ll partner with internal teams to resolve discrepancies, implement process improvements, and provide regular updates to

Qualifications

• A strong background in accounts receivable or financial dispute management within Shared Services.
• Fluent in Cantonese is a Must Have, as you'd be liaising with China & Hong Kong regions.
• Experience in leading a team within a professional services environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and team members.
• Proficiency in financial systems and tools relevant to the role.
