Qualifications

• A strong background in accounts receivable or financial dispute management within Shared Services.
• Fluent in Cantonese is a Must Have, as you'd be liaising with China & Hong Kong regions.
• Experience in leading a team within a professional services environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and team members.
• Proficiency in financial systems and tools relevant to the role.

Responsibilities

• Lead the accounts receivable disputes team to ensure timely and accurate resolution of issues.
• Monitor and manage the workflow of dispute cases to maintain efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal departments to investigate and resolve discrepancies.
• Provide regular updates and reports on dispute resolutions to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during dispute management.
