Job summary

We are seeking an experienced Tea Barista - Senior Barista to join Inmy Flavetea Sdn. Bhd. (Sancha - Artisan Milk Tea) at Sunway Putra Mall, Chow Kit, Kuala Lumpur.

This full-time role places you at the heart of our beverage team, combining artistry with precision to craft premium tea beverages and uphold service excellence. As a Senior Barista, you will lead by example, train junior staff, ensure consistency with Sancha's recipes, manage peak-hour service, and maintain high hygiene standards.

Qualifications

• Min. SPM/High School Graduate or equivalent.
• Age 19-28, unmarried preferred.
• Experience as a barista or cashier required; fresh graduates welcome.
• Friendly, communicative with strong customer orientation.
• Ability to work in a team and stay calm during peak hours.
• Willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Possess Typhoid Injection Certificate and Food Handling Course Certificate (or willing to obtain upon hiring).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide excellent recommendations from our menu
• Prepare and serve milk tea beverages according to Sancha's recipe and quality standards
• Operate the POS cash register system and handle cash/cashless transactions
• Maintain the cleanliness, tidiness, and hygiene of the bar and dine-in areas
• Monitor bar inventory levels and assist with daily stock counts

This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in delivering an exceptional beverage experience to our customers. As a Senior Barista, you will be at the heart of our operations, combining artistry with technical expertise to craft premium tea beverages whilst setting the standard for quality and customer service excellence. Your leadership, skill and passion for tea will be instrumental in maintaining our reputation as a destination for authentic, high-quality tea experiences.

What we're looking for

Min. SPM/High School Graduate or equivalent

Experience as a barista or cashier (REQUIRED) but fresh graduate are welcome to apply
