Job summary

Tealive is recruiting a friendly shop assistant to warmly welcome customers, take orders, and serve our beverages at Kuala Lumpur outlets, delivering a memorable guest experience. You will explain products clearly, upsell when appropriate, manage cash registers with accuracy, and ensure every drink is prepared to the highest quality by following SOPs.

Job description

To brew coffee or tea and to serve the drinks to customers

Welcoming customers and greet every customer with a big smile and enthusiasm.

Ensure every drink serves to customers are made with passion and have the highest quality standards by following the right SOP

Manage cash registers and handle daily financial transactions accurately.

Able to explain all products clearly to customers, and to promote/upsell the products at all times

Cleaning and restocking work and dining areas, emptying trash, and sanitizing equipment and utensils

Assure the cleanliness and sanitization of all work areas such as countertops.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least SPM / O-Level.

Prior experience in a food and beverage environment with customer facing responsibilities is an added advantage.

Must be able to work overtime as needed.

Must be able to work on Flexible time, Weekends & Public Holiday .
