Job summary

Tealive is seeking a customer-facing role in Kajang to brew beverages and serve drinks with enthusiasm. You will welcome customers, explain products, and promote upsells while handling cash transactions accurately.

The role requires a minimum SPM/O-Level, prior F&B experience is a plus, and availability for overtime, weekends, and public holidays. Training and career growth opportunities are provided. Join Tealive as part of Southeast Asia's leading tea brand.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a food and beverage environment with customer facing responsibilities is an added advantage.
• Must be able to work overtime as needed.
• Must be able to work on Flexible time, Weekends & Public Holiday.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a big smile and enthusiasm and serve drinks.
• Handle cash registers and daily financial transactions accurately.
• Explain products clearly and upsell to customers.
• Clean, restock dining areas and sanitize equipment and utensils.
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitization of all work areas such as countertops.

Job description

To brew coffee or tea and to serve the drinks to customers

Welcoming customers and greet every customer with a big smile and enthusiasm.

Ensure every drink serves to customers are made with passion and have the highest quality standards by following the right SOP

Manage cash registers and handle daily financial transactions accurately.

Able to explain all products clearly to customers, and to promote/upsell the products at all times

Cleaning and restocking work and dining areas, emptying trash, and sanitizing equipment and utensils

Assure the cleanliness and sanitization of all work areas such as countertops.

Requirements:
