Job summary

CHAGEE (M) SDN. BHD. (Retail) is seeking a Tea Barista to join our Petronas Taman Putra outlet in Selangor. You will greet customers, brew beverages to our in-house recipes, and ensure smooth daily operations.

You should be able to work in a team, maintain high service standards, manage cash and payments, and help keep the outlet clean and well stocked. This role requires reliability and a willingness to travel if needed.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least SPM certification.
• F&B outlet experience is preferable.
• Able to work as part of a team to hit outlet targets.
• Self-discipline and self-driven to stay updated on tasks.
• Own transportation and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Expected to work at highest standard at all times to ensure outlets product and service quality.
• Manage and to brew the beverage based out in-house recipe.
• Manage outlets inventory, ensure sufficient inventory in place to meet daily sales made.
• Manage all receipts of outlets, includes cash, card payment and e-wallet payment. Ensure no missing payments for all sales made and safe keep cash received.
• Ensure outlet operation guide is adhere to by outlet and staff at all time.
• Ensure best customer experience provided to all outlet customers, and handle issues and complaint raised by customers adequately.
• Monitor and maintain outlet outlook & cleanliness and equipment, arrange for necessary maintenance if needed.
• Required to participate in operational process, including preparation of beverages, handle cashier position and any other relevant task of outlets.
