Job summary

MVC Resources is seeking an experienced tax professional in Kuala Lumpur to review and finalize tax computations, present planning options to clients, and manage audits and appeals. The role will supervise and develop the tax team while identifying value-add advisory opportunities and ensuring the department stays updated with tax legislation changes.

The successful candidate will have a degree in accounting/taxation, a CTIM or equivalent credential, at least 5 years of tax experience with

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting/Taxation required.
• CTIM or equivalent professional qualification strongly preferred.
• Minimum 5 years' relevant tax experience, including supervisory experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of Malaysian corporate and personal tax, with audit/appeal handling experience.
• Confident presenting to and advising external clients/stakeholders.
• Proficient in Mandarin (spoken and written) to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients.
