Job summary

Hanson Quarry Products Sdn Bhd is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support the preparation of management, tax and financial reports. The role involves ensuring accuracy, timeliness and compliance across local and international reporting requirements.

You will collaborate with tax agents, auditors and internal stakeholders, contributing to tax planning, instalments and documentation while upholding group policies and OH&S standards. This position is based in Selangor, Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Experience in management, tax and financial reporting is preferred.
• Good knowledge of ISO standards and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to adapt to a demanding environment and drive improvements.
• Proactive in PDCA for OH&S management system.
• Experience liaising with auditors and tax agents is a plus.

Job description

This position is responsibility for the preparation of accurate and reliable management, tax and financial reports.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare accurate management, tax and financial reports.

Support local and international tax reporting, tax estimates and annual tax returns.

Assist with monthly tax instalments and tax compliance matters.

Support corporate secretarial, audit, transfer pricing and tax audit documentation.

Liaise with tax agents, auditors and relevant stakeholders.

Assist with indirect tax, SST/GST reporting and compliance.

Support CFC reporting requirements for overseas entities.

Ensure compliance with Group guidelines, policies and regulatory requirements, including training and monitoring.

Promote and maintain a strong health & safety culture within the organization.

Perform other duties as reasonably assigned. Carrying out such other duties as may reasonably be required.
