Job summary

Hanson Quarry Products Sdn Bhd is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support the preparation of management, tax and financial reports. The role involves ensuring accuracy, timeliness and compliance across local and international reporting requirements.

You will collaborate with tax agents, auditors and internal stakeholders, contributing to tax planning, instalments and documentation while upholding group policies and OH&S standards. This position is based in Selangor, Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Experience in management, tax and financial reporting is preferred.
• Good knowledge of ISO standards and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to adapt to a demanding environment and drive improvements.
• Proactive in PDCA for OH&S management system.
• Experience liaising with auditors and tax agents is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate management, tax and financial reports.
• Support local and international tax reporting and tax returns.
• Assist with monthly tax instalments and tax compliance.
• Support corporate secretarial, audit, transfer pricing documentation.
• Liaise with tax agents, auditors and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with group policies and regulatory requirements.
• Promote a strong health and safety culture.
