Cornerstone Global Partners in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a motivated Recruitment Sourcing Executive to join our team. You will source, identify, and engage suitable candidates based on recruitment requirements, with training and guidance provided to support your growth in talent sourcing.

In this role you will build a robust candidate pipeline, conduct initial phone screenings, and work closely with the recruitment team to meet ongoing hiring needs.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
• Previous experience in recruitment, sourcing, sales, customer service or tele sales is an advantage.
• Previous IT related experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaking with candidates over the phone.
• Proactive, positive and willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Source suitable candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, referrals and other recruitment channels.
• Review candidate profiles and CVs based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial phone screenings with candidates.
• Understand candidates' work experience, skills, career interests, salary expectations and availability.
• Contact and engage potential candidates regarding suitable job opportunities.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate database and talent pipeline.
• Maintain accurate and updated candidate records in the recruitment system.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Work closely with the recruitment team to support ongoing hiring requirements.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with candidates.
