Job summary

Michael Page Malaysia is seeking an experienced Talent Management Partner to shape the talent agenda across regional leaders and China stakeholders, driving critical talent decisions in a technology‑driven global organisation.

You will drive talent reviews, succession planning, workforce planning initiatives, and provide talent insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders; partner with business leaders to identify and develop critical talent pipelines and support leadership development.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of HR experience with strong Talent Management expertise.
• Solid experience in succession planning, talent reviews, and workforce planning.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Ability to influence and engage senior leadership teams confidently.
• Exposure to Technology, Digital, or IT-focused businesses is advantageous.
• Experience within a multinational or shared services environment preferred.
• Mandarin language capability is a strong advantage as you are required to communicate with China stakeholders.
