Job summary

Eternity Recruitment in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to manage the candidate journey from sourcing to onboarding. You will work closely with our Business Development team to fulfil clients' hiring needs, focusing on candidate delivery with no business development responsibilities.

The role requires 2+ years in recruitment, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple vacancies and ATS.

Qualifications

• 2+ years recruitment experience (agency ideal).
• Experience sourcing, screening and managing end-to-end recruitment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organised and proactive with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through portals, LinkedIn, referrals and headhunting.
• Conduct screening calls and interviews to assess fit and salary expectations.
• Prepare candidate profiles and submit suitable candidates within timelines.
• Coordinate interviews and relay feedback with BD team.
• Assist with offers, negotiations and onboarding.
