Job summary

One People Team is seeking a Talent Specialist to join our advisory team and collaborate with clients on strategic people initiatives. You will manage sourcing, interview cycles, and candidate experiences while partnering with stakeholders to align hiring with business priorities.

The role expands beyond recruitment into employer branding, talent management, onboarding, and culture-building, helping organisations attract and develop top talent in a fast-moving, multi-site retail environment.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience across Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, HR, Employer Branding, or related functions.
• Experience in retail/consumer-facing, multi-site environments is valued.
• Proven end-to-end recruitment experience across multiple functions and levels.
• Strong partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements and timelines.
• Familiarity with AI tools to support recruitment, sourcing and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across functions and levels.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and workforce plans.
• Develop sourcing strategies and build talent pipelines through LinkedIn and portals.
• Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates based on fit and potential.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Support employer branding, talent management, and culture initiatives.
• Leverage data and AI tools to improve efficiency and outcomes.
