Job summary

MHA Consultancy Services in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Recruitment professional with at least 1 year of experience to manage end-to-end hiring processes and partner with hiring managers to define requirements.

You will source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networks, coordinate interviews, maintain HR records in Excel and Google Sheets, and support employer branding. Fluent in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Headhunting, Sales, or Marketing.
• Diploma or Degree in HR, Business, Psychology, Marketing, or related fields.
• Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.
• Basic knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and labor regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to offer management and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and provide hiring market insights.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
• Coordinate interviews, background checks, and candidate communications throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain recruitment records, HR systems, and hiring reports using Excel and Google Sheets.
• Support employer branding initiatives and talent attraction campaigns.
