Job summary

Thomas is seeking a Professional Services Consultant to partner with organisations across the APAC region to solve workforce, talent and leadership challenges. This is a 12-month full-time contract.

In this role, you'll work with senior HR and business leaders to uncover insights, challenge assumptions, and translate data into practical recommendations that drive meaningful business outcomes.

Base salary is MYR 130,000 to 150,000 per annum.

Qualifications

• Experience in consulting, advisory, people analytics or organisational development.
• Professional proficiency in Mandarin and English.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate data into compelling stories.
• Excellent facilitation, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercial awareness and a passion for helping clients succeed.

Responsibilities

• Leading discovery and diagnostic engagements with clients across a range of industries.
• Analyzing workforce, talent and assessment data to identify opportunities and challenges.
• Advising senior leaders on workforce strategy, leadership effectiveness and talent decisions.
• Facilitating workshops, presenting insights and helping clients take action.
• Building trusted relationships while delivering measurable value to clients.
• Developing expertise in talent analytics, psychometrics and organisational effectiveness.
