Accenture Southeast Asia seeks an experienced Custom Analytics Consultant Analyst/Consultant to join the Talent & Organization practice. You will leverage HR analytics and data visualization to provide strategic insights that drive decision-making and improve organizational performance for diverse clients.

You will analyze workforce trends, create dashboards, and present actionable recommendations based on data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Masters or Bachelors degree in Psychology, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science or related field.
• 1–2 years for Analyst; 3–6 years for Consultant in business data analysis and people management programs.
• Proven Power BI Analyst experience with a strong BI dashboards portfolio.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Adopt a data-driven approach to Transformation and Workforce solutions for Global and Local clients.
• Engage with clients to understand challenges and determine the best data-driven solution.
• Define data-backed people strategies to support business transformation programs.
• Build data-driven solutions including frameworks, data modelling, and interactive Power BI dashboards.
• Link analytics results with Behavioral Science concepts and statistical methods.
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends to develop business solutions.
• Support innovation and contribute to practice-building activities such as recruiting and training.
• Build strong client relationships and help drive business growth.
