Job summary

Etiqa Insurance and Takaful is seeking a data-driven Protégé for the Human Capital Talent Engagement & Branding team in Kuala Lumpur. The role offers exposure to employee engagement, employer branding campaigns, people analytics, and reporting.

The Protégé will translate data into insights via dashboards and reports, supporting onboarding and branding events while collaborating with internal stakeholders to enhance candidate attraction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, marketing, data analytics, statistics or communications.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into insights.
• Skilled in data analysis, reporting and dashboard development.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of Power BI/Tableau or other visualization tools is a plus.
• Creative and passionate about employee engagement and branding.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination and execution of engagement and employer branding initiatives.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports and data visualisations to track activity and effectiveness.
• Analyse engagement, recruitment and branding data to identify trends and insights.
• Prepare management reports, presentations and post-event analysis.
• Monitor engagement outcomes and suggest improvements.
• Support onboarding programmes to ensure positive employee experience.
• Assist in coordinating career fairs and branding events.
• Manage social media and content to boost employer visibility.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on various Human Capital projects.
