Job summary

CBRE Malaysia is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to drive volume and casual workforce recruitment across service environments in the Pacific region. The role covers sourcing, screening, and interviewing across all levels, with emphasis on delivering qualified and diverse candidates.

You will educate managers on staffing processes, ensure regulatory compliance, and influence recruitment enhancements while partnering with internal teams to meet hiring targets and strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 5–8 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in volume and casual recruiting, preferably within the service industry.
• Familiarity with Pacific region labor markets and hiring practices.
• Ability to exercise judgment based on analysis of multiple sources of information.
• Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.
• Sophisticated math skills, including percentages and fractions.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and administer recruitment programs and advertising.

• Coach others and share in-depth knowledge across multiple job disciplines within the function.
• Lead by example and model Behaviors consistent with CBRE RISE values.
• Impact a range of customer, operational, project, or service activities within own team and other related teams.

This job is part of the Talent Acquisition functional area, which focuses on the sourcing, recruiting, screening and interviewing of talent for all job levels within the company

What You'll Do:

• Develop, manage, and administer recruitment programs and advertising.
• Support both internal/external sourcing and placement of candidates.
• Assist with making recommendations for recruitment enhancements.

What You'll Need:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5 to 8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Demonstrated experience in volume and casual recruiting, preferably within the service industry.
• Familiarity with Pacific region labor markets and hiring practices.
• Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
• Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.
• Sophisticated math skills. Ability to calculate mildly complex figures such as percentages, fractions and other financial-related calculations.
