Jaya Grocer is seeking an Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition to lead end-to-end recruitment for Everrise and support multiple business units across Malaysia. You will refine hiring processes, build pipelines and partner with stakeholders to deliver timely hires.

Ideal candidates have 5–7 years in talent acquisition, strong sourcing skills, and hands-on leadership. You will help scale our growing stores and F&B ventures while maintaining high hiring standards and candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business admin, management or related field.
• 5–7 years in talent acquisition / recruitment, preferably in retail, F&B, FMCG or high-volume settings.
• Experience leading a team or assistant manager role preferred.
• Strong sourcing across portals, social media, referrals, agencies, fairs.
• Ability to manage multiple businesses and competing priorities.
• Hands-on and able to step in when recruitment support is needed.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for assigned businesses, focusing on Everrise.
• Manage recruitment across levels and functions, including outlets and HQ.
• Develop sourcing strategies based on business requirements.
• Ensure vacancies are filled within timelines while maintaining quality.
• Conduct candidate screening, interviews, salary assessment, reference checks and offers.
• Build a strong candidate pipeline for critical positions.
• Track recruitment metrics and report updates.
• Support recruitment for new outlets and business expansions.
