Job summary

CARSOME, Southeast Asia’s largest automotive e-commerce platform, seeks an on-site Intern in Talent Acquisition based in Damansara. You will support every step of the recruitment lifecycle, from posting ads to coordinating interviews, while maintaining candidate databases and assisting with branding activities.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field.
• Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and recruitment processes.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple openings, schedules, and follow-ups.
• Comfort working in an on-site, fast-paced environment and familiarity with digital platforms or e-commerce is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support full recruitment lifecycle: posting ads, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communications.
• Maintain candidate databases and assist with recruitment reports.
• Coordinate employer branding activities such as career fairs and social media updates.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and HR teams to ensure smooth hiring processes and positive candidate experience.
