Job summary

A global technology services company in Petaling Jaya is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to provide administrative support in HR functions and assist with recruitment processes. This role involves managing escalated HR queries, coordinating project logistics, and maintaining HR documentation. Candidates should have a degree in Business fields and 1-3 years of relevant HR experience. Proficiency in HR systems such as SAP or Workday is preferred. The position requires strong communication skills and fluency in English.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years related experience in shared service environment preferably in HR.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of standard office procedures and HR function.
  • Fluent in English; second language proficiency is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Act as point of contact for escalated HR queries.
  • Co-ordinate administration for HR projects and audits.
  • Support in interview arrangements and conduct reference checks.
