Qualifications

• Degree in Insurance, Takaful Studies or Islamic Finance.
• 0-2 years of experience in the Insurance / Takaful industry.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills with confident participant engagement.

Responsibilities

• Training Planning and Execution with Sales Heads and Learning Head.
• Training Content Development and Enhancement to align with business and regulatory requirements.
• Business Support and Field Engagement to identify market needs and improve training effectiveness.
• Training Administration and Governance including records, attendance and assessments.
