Job summary

SARGROUP NILAI is seeking a Takaful Sales Representative in Selangor for a full-time role based in Selangor. You will promote and sell Shariah-compliant Takaful products to a diverse client base, tailoring solutions to align with financial goals and principles.

You will build relationships, meet sales targets, and work with the sales team to share best practices. Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English is required.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of success in sales and client engagement.
• Solid knowledge of Takaful products and Shariah-compliant principles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage with potential customers to understand Takaful requirements.
• Present and explain Takaful products and services, addressing queries and objections.
• Assist customers in completing Takaful application forms and onboarding.
• Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients for high satisfaction.
• Identify and capitalise on new sales opportunities within the territory.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Collaborate with the broader sales team to share best practices.
