Job summary

Prudential BSN Takaful Berhad in Malaysia is seeking a Product Development & Marketing specialist for bancatakaful partnerships. You will assist end-to-end product development, ensure Shariah compliance, and support data analytics to inform strategy.

You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, banks, and internal stakeholders on implementations, approvals, and campaigns, while monitoring market trends and regulatory changes to keep products competitive and compliant.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field related to actuarial science, statistics, mathematics or finance.
Strong analytical abilities with attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with UAT and system testing.

Responsibilities

Assist end-to-end development of family takaful products from ideation to go-live.
Draft product collaterals for internal approval while ensuring Shariah compliance.
Prepare submission papers for Shariah Committee and GPAC approvals.
Perform and coordinate UAT for systems and platforms, including test cases and defect tracking.
Support post-launch activities including PIR and sales monitoring.
Coordinate with bank partners and internal teams on campaigns and approvals.
Benchmark market trends to support product ideation and respond to ad-hoc requests.
Implement regulatory changes from BNM and Group Office affecting documentation.
