Job summary

Bank Simpanan Nasional invites applications for a Takaful Specialist role across multiple locations in Malaysia, including Johor Bahru, Batu Pahat, Kulai, Miri, Seremban, Ipoh and Bayan Baru. You will promote and sell Takaful Insurance products using leads from the bank and customer database.

You will follow up referrals, identify new sales strategies to meet targets, and participate in bank promotional activities.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in any field.
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English; other local languages a plus.
• Highly motivated, success-driven, able to work independently.
• Strong selling and negotiation skills and excellent communication.
• Must possess TBE license and able to travel.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Takaful Insurance products aided by leads.
• Follow up diligently on referrals and convert to sales.
• Identify new sales strategies to achieve targets.
• Participate in bank sales and promotion activities.
• Deliver best sales practices and excellent customer service.
• Develop existing client base via cross-sell and up-sell.
• Disciplined tracking of all sales activities.
• Comply with company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Use technology and maintain records (customer contact) as required.
• Present a professional image representing the company.
