HM AMEER Group, a takaful agency under AIA Public Takaful, seeks a Life Planner in Kuala Lumpur for a full-time, on-site role. You will meet clients, assess protection and savings needs, and propose suitable takaful solutions to secure their financial futures.

You will conduct needs analysis, prepare proposals, and service policies while participating in sales and marketing activities such as client outreach and community events.

Formación

• Explain protection and takaful solutions clearly to clients.
• Strong sales skills including prospecting and achieving sales targets.
• Marketing and client engagement experience.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a structured, performance-focused environment.
• Ability to work on a flexible schedule, including client meetings outside standard hours.
• Basic proficiency in office productivity tools and digital communication platforms.
• Diploma or degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field; relevant sales or insurance certifications are an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Meet prospective and existing clients to understand their protection and savings needs.
• Recommend appropriate takaful plans based on client profiles.
• Conduct needs analysis and prepare proposals for clients.
• Follow up on applications and provide ongoing policy servicing.
• Participate in sales and marketing activities, including client outreach and presentations.
• Collaborate with the branch team and adhere to regulatory and company guidelines.
• Engage in continuous learning on products and market trends.
